RAA Reports

Recommendations

It is the role of members of a professional association to provide governmental agencies and the interested public with assurances that a professional practitioner has acquired educational experience appropriate to enable him or her to practice competently, legally, and ethically. In addition, members of a professional association assure interested parties that the practitioner conducts his or her professional practice in a competent, legal, and ethical manner.

At some point in time, members of a profession are required to seek official sanctioning to answer concerns about their work. Such a time has arrived for Reflexology.

The Task Assessment section of this report shows what others have done in such a situation. (See pages 8 to 26.) From this material, recommendations have been created.
